It was love at first sniff. Guerlain's La Petite Robe Noire is a sultry, sexy and mature scent. A scent you imagine being worn by the "it girls" of the world. This scent is just special. The notes of rose, black cherry, licorice, almonds, tea and berries all harmonized beautifully. It starts as a bold, darkly sweet scent that gently slides into a sweet and powdery finish. The staying power on Guerlain's La Petite Robe Noire is one of the best in my entire collection. The scent lasting through 12+ hours of wear. Being that is does last so long, there is no need to reapply during your day. I have gotten many compliments on this perfume as well, even from perfect strangers. It lingers and definitely has a presence. I love catching smells of it on myself throughout the day. Woman of all ages can easily wear this scent. I find myself reaching for it more in winter and fall months, then evening and night time wear the rest of the year. This scent on a summer night is absolute perfection.
