A 24 hour eyeshadow primer? Too good to be true? I had to find out for myself. The Smashbox boasts that their Photo Finsh 24 Hour primer will "truly last 24 hours...". So I put it to the test. It applies nicely and it a totally nude shade so every skin tone can wear it.
It doesnt remain tacky at all like some primers so blending is a breeze. It wears nicely but no where near 24 hours. Sorry, Smashbox! I get about 6 hours of wear before I notice my eyeshadow starting to crease. Is that excellent for an eyeshadow primer? I think so! I love the primer and not having to touch up my shadow all day is definite perk. It is a great primer and is worth the $20. It out performed every other eyeshadow primer I have tried. If you are in the market for a new primer, I highly suggest this one... just dont expect 24 hours of wear from it.
